Mann Cellars

Mannstand Vineyards are located at the base of the Diablo Range on the east side of the Santa Clara Valley. Afternoon breezes emanating from Monterey Bay moderate the valley temperatures and extend the growing season to one ideal for maturing classic red wines. An expansive trellis system (Geneva Double Curtain) and extensive leaf pulling ensure that each bunch is bathed in sunlight. All vineyard operations are done by family and staff.

We are a custom crush operation: we grow the grapes, make wine in space rented from a bonded winery, bottle and distribute. As with Mannstand Vineyards, our philosophy is to produce highly extracted exceptional wines. We employ small lot fermentation and age our wines in new French and American oak using traditional wine making techniques.
