The first few Virtual Cooking & Wine Pairing classes were such a blast we’re going to keep the ball rolling with a 3 course Valentine’s Day meal! You get to cook at home along with Chef Sean and me over ZOOM while drinking wine! Also, my wife, Jacqueline, will have the option to add on a Bouquet of One Dozen Red Roses for Valentine’s Day. Sean and his wife Nicole started She Grows He Cooks, where they take food grown at home and turn it into amazing creations. Here’s a little about Sean: “With his playful and practical approach to cooking, preserving, and cocktail making, Sean wants to help home cooks develop and trust their instincts in the kitchen. He attended culinary school straight out of high school and now has more than twenty-two years of food industry experience. With his expert knowledge, Sean has the tips, tricks, and tools of professional cooking that make playing in the home kitchen easier and exciting.”
