Uproot Wines

In Napa, cabernet is king. So it didn’t come as a surprise to hear the Uproot faithful clamoring for more. But they didn’t want just any old cabernet, they wanted the biggest, baddest cab in the Valley. At Uproot we said, “Bring it on!” and went on a hunt to find the best fruit in Napa. We crossed our fingers for the perfect weather. And we barreled this bad boy 8 months longer than ever before. What we got can only be described as our Pièce de Résistance. Oh, and did we mention we received a 90 point rating from Wine Spectator. Not too shabby for the new kids on the block.
