1- Intention Matters – Choose an area of your life that needs improvement. Decide each day that you are going to generate at least one great idea on how to make those improvements.
2- Change of Scenery – Our brain likes to work in grooves. When you provide it with the same environment surrounded by familiar items and reminded of the same repetition experience and actions, your brain does exactly what it has done before. Go to a place you do not often visit. It could be a hiking trail, a park, and even a cemetery. You can also try moving your chair to a different location in your back yard. Get the brain out of a groove.
