Robison Ranch Cellars Claimed

Robison Ranch was acquired by Lester Robison at the beginning of the 20th century. Â Lester’s son Jim has lived and worked on the ranch his entire life. Â Jim’s wife Jane has been his partner on the ranch for over 60 years. The Robisons followed the growth of the wine industry in Walla Walla with great interest. Â When Jim and Jane met the winemaker Brad Riordan and his wife Ruth, they found that they had similar interests and goals concerning wine making and formed a partnership. 2006 and 2007 were experimental production years. Â A variety of barrels, yeasts, and grapes were used during this trial period. Â Satisfied with the reviews of the resulting wine from a range of people including friends, family and wine & food industry professionals, Robison Ranch Cellars bonded in 2008.
