River City Winery

Despite its name, River City Winery isn’t serving wine. The business, which opened in 2009 in the historic Baer Building at 321 Pearl St., in downtown New Albany, lost its liquor license Aug. 21 due to not providing necessary documentation to renew the permit, according to Lindsay Hyer, communications director for the Indiana Alcohol & Tobacco Commission.
