Pheasant Court Winery

Wine production, from crush through bottling, takes place at our winery located just north of Philomath, Oregon.

Production is around 600 cases a year comprised of red and white table wines and a few dessert wines.

Besides its original Pheasant Court wine series, the Gilson’s developed three other proprietary wine labels. The Wine Vault, BFF Cellars, and Mary’s Peak Winery wines are all available for purchase at the Tasting Room.
