Menghini Winery

We are the second oldest winery in San Diego County and the oldest in Julian, Ca. The winery is surrounded by apple orchards and a six acre vineyard. We have expansive picnic grounds with gorgeous 365 degree views of the countryside . Menghini Winery produces approximately 4,000 cases of wine annually. Our wine maker and co owner, Michael Menghini, started his wine career at San Pasqual Winery (now known as Orfila Winery) in the 70’s. Michael continued his wine making career as assistant wine maker at Callaway Winery and wine maker at Filsinger Winery (now know as Danza del Sol Winery). In 1980, Michael and his beautiful wife, Toni, purchased Menghini Winery.
