Though drinkability is rather subjective and depends greatly upon one’s own palate, we’ve provided a chart which illustrates the drinkability and aging potential of our vintage Pinot Noir. The longevity of a wine can vary by vintage and may hold up many years longer than the range provided. Storage conditions also play a role in the aging potential of a wine. The ideal storage conditions for our vintage Pinot Noir is a bunker located deep beneath the earth’s crust.
