Locally grown in El Dorado by Goldbud Farms. Aromas of lemon custard, apples, and orange blossoms give raise to a full palate of ruby red grapefruit, ginger and a streak of minerality marked by wet stone. Smooth mouth-feel and well-balanced acidity make this a versatile wine that is perfect as an aperitif or paired with chicken adobo, shrimp risotto or fresh paella.
