Gravity Wine

JJ Hischke is originally from Sawyer, MI (about 10 minutes from the winery). He started at Gravity in 2011 helping with construction of the tasting room along with various other jobs. Over the years he has studied wine making and grape growing, and now oversees production on all of our wonderful wines and ciders. JJ now lives in Buchanan, MI (also about 10 minutes from the winery) with his wife Mandy and their two dogs. From traditional dry reds to sweet summer sippers, we have a great selection of wines and ciders for you to enjoy by the taste, glass, or bottle.
