CheVal Cellars is a small family-run licensed winery, cidery and ‘Bed and Bottle.Come to visit, to taste, stay a few days at our quiet oasis near the end of the road. We offer estate produced wine, hard cider and apple cider from fruit that we grow, tend, harvest and bottle by hand ourselves. Our cider and wine is typically barrel aged with the barrels resting in our ‘green-roofed’ earth-sheltered man-made ‘cave’ for many months until the right time Please call ahead to make sure we’re open for your private tour and tasting.
