GOSE’s (pronounced GOES-UH): Gose is a traditional German beer style that was all but extinct 30 years ago. Salty & tart with a hint of sweetness, these amazingly refreshing ales are brewed with coriander & sea salt, to which we then add different fruits. We love to have fun with these, so keep a lookout for new and seasonal creations.
