What began as an escape from the hustle and bustle of their busy lives soon transformed into the full-scale operation known today as The Mason Jar Brewing Company. From creating and brewing craft beer in their home using mason jars to taking the leap by opening their very own brewery, founders Robert and Grace discovered that their quality time together brewing delicious beer had turned into a successful passion project.
After winning several awards – including Gold for their dark chocolate coconut raspberry stout with one of the largest home-brew competitions in the nation, (NHC) – Grace and Robert knew they wanted to create their own brewery that went “back to basics.” No filters, no finings – just great beer. Crafting only the best product possible using premium hops and fresh, locally-grown produce, The Mason Jar Brewing Company was founded in the same city that Robert and Grace live, eat, play, and have raised a family – Menifee, California.
