Side Project Brewing

It has been more than two years since we at Side Project could host a large Brewery Garage release with you! We are thrilled to announce that this Saturday, May 21st, at 1pm, we’ll finally be opening that back brewery garage to release Shared Barrel-Aged Ambiente 2022. BA Ambiente is the Barrel-Aged version of our Mexican Chocolate Stout, Ambiente. Beer Details from Cory:  For the 2022 BA Ambiente release, we knew we wanted to use Rye Whiskey Barrels exclusively. So the Brewers and I planned to brew and fill more Rye barrels to become BA Ambiente and Rye BBT. We felt if we used Rye BBT as the base for BA Ambiente, the harmony of the Rye Barrel and Mexican Chocolate flavors would be best for this beer.
