Sad News! The California ABC extension of Direct to Consumer (DTC) shipping ended on March 31, 2022 – If you would like to help aid the craft distilling community and continue a vital revenue stream for local distilleries and convenience for consumers, please join us by visiting Spirits United and submitting a prewritten email asking our local legislators to allow DTC shipping for California distilleries to continue. You can also contact your local congressperson and ask them to support SB 620 which will make Direct to Consumer shipping legal for all craft distilleries in California. You may also send an email to Gavin Newsoms office asking for continued extension of the Direct to Consumer provision in the ABC Covid Relief package.
