Right Mind Brewing

Traditional German pils with the usual hops, Hallertauer Mittelfrueh. One exception to tradition, I added A LOT of flaked wheat. Should be a little softer than a regular pils, but who’s knows. We’ll find out being lagered of course with 34/70 lager yeast. Keep on the look out for it soon, aka a month.
