WHO WE ARE

Rhinelander Brewery is a dream come true for Calgary Canada born craft beer lover Ms. Jyoti Auluck. 

Ms. Auluck has been a home brewer in her hometown Calgary for 15 years. Luckily in Canada, legal drinking age is 18 years old. All these years, she has experimented with various types of brews – her favorites being IPAs and Stouts as well as other fun drinks. Ms. Auluck creates her own recipes and tastes craft beers from around the world on a daily basis. She also travels and visits many craft breweries in USA, Canada and other countries. She also is a judge on beer tasting competitions on a regular basis.

Our President and CEO Jyoti is very hands on and is actually a self trained food scientist. She often claims “Google” is my best friend. She is the Brewmaster and recipe creator for all the recipes we use for our production, often travelling to the brewery. Ms Auluck is responsible for coming up with brand names and designs for the company, and often travels to do color proofing at packaging product plants in Chicago and Milwaukee. She also often does store tastings in Canada, California, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois, Pennsylvania and other states. She is also working very hard to increase export business for her company, often travelling to South America and the Caribbean islands. We are expecting to have a lot more of her brew recipes and brands exported to Barbados, Guyana and Brazil.
