Meet our head brewer, Marc Wilson. Formerly a Chemistry Teacher, Marc made the decision that making beer was a more interesting use of his talents, so he left his job in the teaching world and pursued his dream career. Over the past decade he has honed his craft at other breweries, earning national awards for his lagers & malt forward brews. In 2018, we had the honor of bringing him aboard at Oswego Brewing Co. to develop and run the brew house!
