Following in his mother and fathers’ entrepreneurial footsteps, Bryan always knew he wanted to own an establishment in his hometown of Millstadt, IL. After spending 9 years homebrewing, winning several awards and becoming well versed in the craft beer world, Bryan and Lizzy Schubert decided it was time to take the leap and turn a passion into a profession, Millpond Brewing & Incubator.
The concept of Millpond Brewing & Incubator was developed alongside his brother in law Jeremy Schueler. Taking a different approach, Millpond Brewing & Incubator will offer beers professionally brewed by Bryan, but also provides an opportunity for homebrewers to brew their recipes and offer it for sale to the public. Homebrewers are a creative, passionate, and extremely talented bunch but can’t efficiently showcase their talents to the masses and Bryan hopes to change that, while also offering the public his approach to brewing.
Millpond Brewing & Incubator’s focus is and always will be on improving our community, focusing on local brewers and ingredients. Bryan and Lizzy hope to be able to welcome you soon.
