Saison is a way of life around here. It is expressive, full of complexity, and just the right amount of funky. As the weather gets warmer, we can’t help thinking about all those folks getting their hands in the dirt. These beers were made as refreshments for Le Saisonniers, the seasonal field workers of France and Belgium. Sharecroppers Sunshine is our Brett Saison using an innovative yeast from @escarpment labs, aged in our oak barrels. Sharecroppers Sunshine is refreshing, full of barnyard flavors, with earthy undertones and notes of over ripe pineapple.
