Green Wolf Brewing Company is a licensed New York State Farm Brewery and Public House located in Middleburgh, NY. Our uncommon ales are crafted with love and attention to detail, using local ingredients. We strive to create an interconnected web of farmers, local businesses, and beer enthusiasts within New York State’s Capital Region.
SMALL BATCH, ARTISAN BEER
We brew a variety of styles – robust porters and stouts, pale ales and IPAs, Belgian inspired ales, and 18th century style wheat beers. All Green Wolf beer is made in-house on a two barrel (50 to 60 gallon) electric fired brewery.
SUPPORTING LOCAL FARMS & MALT HOUSES
Green Wolf relies solely on locally grown and malted grains. All of our grain in every batch of beer is grown by New York farmers and malted in New York malt houses. 100% of the hops we use are sourced within our very own Schoharie County.
