Gravity Brew Works

   This is what we’ve dreamed about doing for some time now. We have been avid homebrewers since 1980, and finally realized our plans for our own brewery. We are an independently-owned local nanobrewery, producing quality handcrafted ales and lagers in small batches. Bill Riffle is the award-winning head brewer and Tony Guinn is the assistant brewer. Together we bring a variety of beers to north central Arkansas. We plan on starting small and building as we go. We began with a 1-barrel system and have recently expanded to a 2.5-barrel system.

    Each of our beers begins with a recipe that we formulate, then the beer is brewed in small batches. Beers include amber ale, India Pale Ale, stout, porter, and Oktoberfest, among others. Because of the nature of our beers, usually each style of beer will be similar to the last batch but not exactly the same.
