Fonta Flora Brewery At Whipoorwill Farm

Located under the backdrop of the stunning and rugged Linville Gorge, our farmhouse brewery sits on 9 acres of beautiful pastureland surrounded by Lake James State Park. Once a dairy farm known as Whippoorwill, this land is currently home to our 15Bbl production facility and will eventually be transformed into a working and educational farm with annual gardens and fruit groves.

In the coming months, we will transform three historic stone buildings which will house a cool ship room for making traditional spontaneous sour beer, a long building featuring American-made oval wooden foeders and administrative offices.
