Deep Space Brewing has been producing small-batch beers since 2017. Closeted away was a small 3 barrel system back in the storage room. Production continued in this location for 2 years.
Summer of 2019 saw the brewpub open allowing us to serve handcrafted foods. Many menu items incorporate grains used in the brewing process, called spent grains, as well as other ingredients that are used in Deep Space Beers. Menu items are constantly evolving to ensure quality and to keep our selection fresh. Feel free to check out our specials board to see what new menu items we are testing out.
In addition to being Hillsboro’s only current locally owned brewpub, we offer a large outdoor area. Complete with a shaded area, there is enough room for a couple of games of cornhole on our lighted boards. Dogs on leash are allowed outside and are free to use our dog-only water bowls.
