THE BREWERY

Our ½ bbl pilot brew house consists of a 3 vessel Spike brewing system. Our cellar consists of various ½ & 1bbl stainless steel conical fermenters and glycol chiller. As we push through exhausting double brew days, we hope the mirage of larger capacity shiny stainless steel becomes reality. Our brewery is currently closed to the public.

OUR HISTORY

Being lifelong beer enthusiasts, the dream of brewing our own beer and someday owning a brewery was always seemingly unattainable. Then one warm summer night, while sitting around the fire, where most good ideas are formed and with the aid of some of our favorite beers, we decided that we were going to brew some beer.
