Bottom Shelf Brewery is located in the heart of the Pine River Valley, nestled in the quaint downtown area of Bayfield, Colorado. We take great pride and care in creating a variety of craft beer. BSB is currently in operation with a 3½ barrel brew house, with six BSB beers on tap year-round, and two seasonal BSB rotating taps. Not only does BSB offer its own beer, but also specializes in signature mixed drinks from its full bar. With their in-house smoked meats and specialty entrees, the brewpub also offers more for the customer’s palette than only tasty beer.
