Humbly, HBC was born out of the creative minds of its founding fathers who were musicians with a love of craft beer. The passion for growing their brewing knowledge (coupled with love of music) created the one and only HBC quality and innovation that Rockwall and the DFW metroplex has come to love and trust.
We consistently create innovative craft beers with distinctive characteristics, while maintaining high standards and developing a unique culture around that genuine experience. So we hit the kettles hard, and after years of continuous creating, testing, and tasting, our passion for brewing reached a whole new level.
