The concept for our project is as 

straight forward as our name, Blue Collar Brewery.

Thus we strive to craft the finest “true to style” beers from around the globe.

We provide a quality pub menu to compliment a consistently rotating draft list. Our building renovation focuses on creating an old style pub atmosphere conducive to either solitary relaxation or engaging conversation. In short, our goal was to create a place we would 

want to hang out, with a quality product that would make us return.
