sandhill crane vineyards is a family owned and operated winery dedicated to making wine with 100% michigan-grown fruit! ​ it all started when norm moffatt began growing grapes and making wine as a hobby after retiring in as a cop in Detroit, MI. his wife, sister, and two daughters got involved, and the five of them turned his hobby into a business! in 2003, the five of them unveiled scv to the public!
