Checkered Past Winery

Checkered Past Winery is an urban wine pub featuring our own quality wines, and some of the best wines from Texas and around the world. The menu consists of specialty bites with an Italian accent, that pair perfectly with wine. Co-founder, owner, and winemaker Sandro DiSanto is a first generation American with 100% Sicilian roots, carrying on his grandfathers’ winemaking tradition. What started as a hobby turned into an obsession, which connected Sandro and his brother-in-law, Scott Relyea, who co-founded and designed Checkered Past Winery. Carolynne Chancellor, a native Texan and grape grower/vineyard owner joined the two as co-owner to bring to you THE Urban Winery of Dallas. The owners of Checkered Past Winery believe in drinking local and supporting small Texas family farmers/grape growers.
