Charron Vineyards & Winery

Charron is one of the oldest vineyards in southern Arizona.  The soil, lay of the land and an altitude of 4200 feet with warm days and cool nights makes it a perfect vineyard location. In spring 1994 the first Merlot and Cabernet Franc vines were planted with the first wines becoming commercially available in 1999.  In 2000 the White Merlot won the Governor’s Choice Award and has sold out every year since.
