Anthony Road Wine Company is dedicated to producing wines that reflect the soils and climate of the Finger Lakes Region of New York. Our varietal wines are made from grapes that are grown in vineyards that are owned or managed by the Martini Family. We offer an array of wines to please all palates and are well known for our dry and off- dry Rieslings. So please come visit our tasting room, stroll through our garden, picnic on our lawn and enjoy a beverage that is an everyday part of our lives. John Martini has been traveling to NYC every weekend for more than 20 years to sell Anthony Road wine at the Union Square Greenmarket. What started as a way to bring in more revenue for a young business and introduce the metro area to quality Finger Lakes wines has grown into a tremendous marketing opportunity. Many friendships have been formed and loyal customers come every weekend, along with the new. Over the past years we have added other markets, every other Sunday in Jackson Heights at Travers Park, and during the summer, Rockefeller Center on Fridays. Most all of our wines are available at the markets and we are there year-round. We might occasionally miss a day due to winter weather or for holidays. You can always call the winery to make sure that we are going and put in a special request for wine if you know what you want. Joan Isbister is our “feet on the Streets in NYC” and helps out on weekends in the markets. She has been a valuable asset to Anthony Road, getting our product into many accounts in the Metro area. Speaking of help John is starting to relinquish some of his driving time- from time to time you might see Brien Gardner or Michael Eighmey at the stand as well.
