Texas Fruit! It is awesome and Laura Hogsett wants to prove it to everyone who visits the Texas 290 Wine Trail at her small boutique tasting room in the Fredericksburg area! Laura’s biochemistry background, although helpful, did not inspire her to make wine. She was inspired when she was young and sold wine for a distributor and helped create menus for on-premise wine accounts for exclusive restaurants like the University Club and Ernest Orleans restaurant in Shreveport, Louisiana.
