Fiano from Luna Matta Vineyard happens to get better with a little time which is why we chose to age it a bit before release. Aromas of white flowers lead one to expect more of an unctuous wine but the palate is very refined. This wine is bright, floral, herbaceous with delicate viscosity. Think pears with honey and a zest of Meyer lemon. If any of our wines have a fan base, it’s Fiano. Enjoy with salt crusted roasted whole fish dressed with a parsley oil and fire roasted potatoes with black olive tapenade on the side.
