These grapes were raised side-by-side in west texas where the climate is well suited to develop the beautiful character of these hardy varieties. Paying homage to the grower and the vintage, we chose to manipulate nothing. Hand harvested, fermented on the skins, native yeast. No sulphur or acid added. This low intervention approach lets you taste the story written by the vintage, not the vintner. 11.5% abv
