Scimitar Hills Vineyards

Welcome to Scimitar Hill Vineyards!  The tasting room at our winery opened in November, 2015. We offer estate only wines. Our concept is to really see what the Hill Country soil around Camp Verde – our local “terroir” – tastes like. We will stay small and true to our vision.  Our donkeys fertilize the soil; our small herd of Oryx add another Hill Country tradition to our wine – that of exotic animals that have populated the Hill Country since the ’30s; the vines are watered through our rainwater collection system. Everything in the bottle comes from ‘right over there’. We have Cabernet Savignon, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Merlot, and Petit Verdot for you to taste and enjoy.
