Pedernales Cellars

Pedernales Cellars is part of Central Texas’ wine-producing Hill Country, west of Austin, Texas. The winery itself is in Stonewall and concentrates on growing grapes that can tolerate the blistering summer heat in Texas, such as Albarino and Tempranillo. Pedernales Cellars has built its facilities to maximize their sustainability, including underground cellars that use the soil on top as a cooling and humidifying layer to reduce energy costs.
