Vintage after vintage, we produce a deep ruby red Syrah with structures including deep and complex aromas such as blackberry, plum, licorice, and hints of chocolate. The length of our growing season produces mature tannins that are soft but significant, providing an excellent structure and mouthfeel. The medium finish brings boysenberry, blackberry, black cherry, dark chocolate, hints of black pepper and underlying layers of earth and mineral flavors.
