Fermented in open-top, wooden fermenters with hand punch downs, this Pinot Noir is full and rich from start to finish. The wine presents a deep, rich, vibrant red in the glass. On the nose you are hypnotized with dark, small fruits and spice. Floral notes and cranberry dance on your palate; the finish is very long, luscious and full bodied.
