GV Cellars purchased the 40 acre property in Green Valley in 2005, however, the property has been continuously planted with grape vines since the early 1950s. In our 30 acre vineyard we grow 6 distinct varietals: Dolcetto, Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Syrah. We produce these single varietals in house and enjoy crafting new style blends that incorporate either estate varietals or high quality fruit from around the region. Innovation and creativity is our focus. We release limited specialty bottles at least once every year. Last year we released the 2017 Other Sister Red Blend and the 2018 Dolce Rosato. This year, we released the 2018 Grace Red Blend and the 2019 Fumé Blanc.
