Fiesta Estate Vineyard is our main location, also referred to as Bend (as we are just minutes from the Colorado Bend State Park), where our great tasting, award-winning wines are produced and bottled. The tasting room, vineyard, and offices are also located here. This is the heart of Fiesta Winery®, it is the homestead of the Baxter Ranch (that has been in the family for six generations), and also the home of the Baxter/McCoury families that are an integral part of Fiesta Winery® and preserving this ranch land.​ ​
