DeMay shortly after migrating from France to the United States with his family in the 1970’s. Patrice who grew up in the family business has left his own mark and carried on the tradition starting Chateau Renaissance Wine Cellars in the early 1990’s. In 2001 we won a Gold Medal for our New York State Brut Champagne at the Grand Harvest Awards wine competiton in California. Scoring 91 points and defeating Champagnes from all over the world!
