Made by distilling premium wine in our solid copper pot still this craft brandy is infused with coffee beans locally roasted by Cal Java. This craft brandy is great in a Brandy Alexander or added as a shot to your Affogato in our restaurant.
First distilled in a solid copper French Cognac still. It was then naturally barrel aged in new charred American Oak barrels for two years, followed by Butte County Cabernet Sauvignon French Oak Barrels.
