We produce wines that reflect the thoughtfully chosen soils and climates from which they emanate. Great wine starts in the vineyards. Cluster thinning, leaf removal, shoot thinning and balanced pruning all lead to grapes that are balanced, flavorful and optimized for winemaking. Traditional wine making methods are employed to create wine reflective of our terroir, with minimal intervention. We produce wines from our estate Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Syrah, Chardonnay, Riesling and Vidal Blanc, as well as grapes purchased from local vineyards
We built our winery into the hillside. The lower level contains our wine production area and barrel cellar. Being built into the hillside eliminates to need to heat or cool this space. All of our lighting is LED. Our furnishings are re-purposed or restored items that we have repaired and refinished.
