This refreshing mixed fermentation version of a Belgian-style witbier has an intoxicating aroma from the use of orange peel, coriander, and cardamom in the brewing process. The spices are more subdued on the pallet when balanced up against a soft wheat backbone and an assertive presence of brettanomyces.
