Drafted out of the love of craft beer and the desire to re-invigorate the development of our downtown community of Louisville, OH. With special attention to local history and nostalgia, the name “UnHitched” pays homage to one of Louisville’s original brewers, George Dilger. He delivered his beloved beers by horse and wagon. As our name indicates, we have “unhitched” the wagon and hung up our yoke at the old Louisville Bowling Alley. We have laid our roots in this public house of unique and creative beer and food. Our menu items are full of flavor sourced by local talent. Come sit, get lost in the atmosphere, the food, and of course the beer.
