Who owns it?

Why is brewer owned important? Because we put the beer first and not the profits. We re-invest into our business and are always looking for new people to reach so we can share our love of craft beer. We don’t have business partners, we grow our businesses on our own. Sit down at our bar long enough, and we will tell you how each beer (and beer name) came to be. They’re all unique and picking a favorite one is like picking a favorite child. Our ownership perspective ensures that no one part of our business is prioritized over the other. We abide by the 3 BOX RULE; all three boxes, the brewery, the kitchen, and the front of house, must all be running well independently and in harmony with one another. When we follow this guideline, we can trust that Trubble Brewing will grow naturally and sustainably. And our model is proving correct. In the first two years, Trubble expanded its brewery twice with a total of 4 new 7 BBL jacketed fermenters. We opened the Trubble Riverside Cafe & Tap in 2019, two years later in 2021 (after wading thru the pandemic and other obstacles) we opened The Trubble Public House in Roanoke, IN. Our fourth venture is in the works, our destination brewery on 27 acres of land with future plans for 19 of the 27 acres to be converted into wetlands preservation for wildlife. While the destination brewery is a necessity because of location growth and maxing out our brewing capacity, it’s also time for bigger and better things, a production facility that will quintuple our present brewhouse. Not only will it take us from 600 BBL’s/annually to 2500BBL’s/annually, it will have a very large playground for outdoor activities.
