The Brewers Collective started sometime in 2007 as the dream child of 9 home-brewing comrades with a passion for all things craft beer. TBC took its first steps into the larger world of professional brewing in 2015 at a shared incubator brewery in Farmingdale. After successfully implementing their brand though out 2015 and 2016 at many bars and restaurants in Long Island, NY. TBC realized it’s long held dream of opening it’s very own brick and mortar brewery in the great town of Bay Shore, NY in April of 2017. Our tasting room is open Friday thru Sunday and we often have live music, food trucks and of course, fresh and seasonal independent craft beer brewed in house. Come give us a try, things are a little different around here in the best way.
