Strong Side Brewing

The idea behind the name “Strong Side” is that nothing worthwhile in this life comes easily, it’s going to take hard work. However, if you have a dream, you can find the drive. We all have it, the commitment that it takes to chase our passion. We can all tap into it. We can all dig deep. We can all find our Strong Side, and achieve anything that we put our minds to.

Strong Side Brewing Co. is a project that has long been in the works. As a curious home-brewer, I got started in 2010 on my home stove doing extract batches that my friends still mention to this day, so I knew I was on to something. I moved up to all-grain brewing, built a 3-tier gravity feed stand, and continued working on the craft.

I’ve worked since 2015 as a server / bartender part-time, learning the ins and outs of the restaurant industry. The ever-changing tap lines being filled with delicious brews from very small local operations opened my eyes to the dream of getting a tap handle of my own into the mix some day.
